Anne Smith

Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Smith is an experienced senior manager of Low Income Housing Tax Credit and Public Housing properties. She is responsible for developing and implementing all property management strategies, implementing best practices and managing the overall operations and resources of the company. She brings her tireless devotion to building viable partnerships with property owners and communities that yield the highest management standard for each property we engage. She is experienced at recruiting, training and developing staff with the goal of achieving excellence in property management, compliance and financial reporting. Ms. Smith possesses over 25 years of experience and has served as the executive director of Menard County Housing Authority for over 20 years. Ms. Smith has participated in the management of over 1,000 affordable housing units. Ms. Smith is certified in tax credits through the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM), and is also certified in Blended Occupancy (BOS) and Fair Housing. Ms. Smith holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Lincoln Land Community College and completed the Rutgers Executive Director Program at Rutgers State University. Ms. Smith is also Chairman of the National Public Housing Authorities Directors’ Association (PHADA) Small PHA Committee and serve on the Board of Trustees.
