Assistant Property Manager

Responsible for managing general inquiries, scheduling and monitoring maintenance work orders, conducting apartment inspections, collecting information for the tenant files and assisting with the leasing, marketing and resident relations for the property. The APM will also accept rental payments and assist in planning resident functions and provide general clerical assistance. Tom previously and information intake specialist. He also worked for Hanover Place of Tinley Park, an assisted living facility as an environmental specialist and a housekeeper responsible for cleaning and preparing apartments to ensure that they were move-in ready for incoming residents, as well as maintained the environment of the common areas. Tom is completing his degree in Communications at North Central College in Naperville.
