Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Race is responsible for all Accounting and Financial activities, including financial planning and record keeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, benefits, insurance, internal & external financial reporting, grant management, budget preparation and fixed asset inventory. Mr. Race possess over 15 years of experience providing fiscal oversight for public housing authorities and nonprofit community development corporations. Mr. Race is certified as a Tax Credit Compliance Manager, Procurement Specialist, Blended Occupancy Specialist (BOS) and Certified Manager of Maintenance (CMM). Mr. Race holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from Rogers College Crummer Graduate School of Business.
