Meggann Bell
Regional Property Manager
Ms. Bell is responsible for keeping the properties in good shape and occupied with qualified tenants. She is responsible for all aspects of the properties' maintenance and repair as well as overseeing all aspects of marketing and leasing, assist in the resolution of tenant problems as well as assist in the preparation of all internal and external property reports. In addition to these duties, she hires, trains and supervises administrative and maintenance personnel, engages third-party contractors and recommend improvements and renovations. Ms. Bell possesses over 10 years of experience in the management of tax credit and public housing properties. Ms. Bell has participated in the management of over 200 affordable housing units. Ms. Bell is certified in tax credits through the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM), and is also certified in Blended Occupancy (BOS), Fair Housing, Maintenance Management and Occupancy Specialist. Ms. Bell holds a Bachelor Degree in Social Work from Illinois College.
